Tithes & Offerings |

Have you ever been asked or
wondered what the difference was between Tithing and
Offering?
Tithing is defined as: A
tenth, and Offering is defined as: that which is
offered, esp. in divine service; that which is
presented as an atonement for sin or a sacrifice per
Webster's Dictionary.
Tithing teaches us to put God first in our lives and
to show our faith and trust in him by this act.
According to Malachi 3:10, Bring the whole tithe
into the storehouse, that there may be food in my
house.
"Test me in this, 'says the LORD Almighty, "and see
if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven
and pour out so much blessing that you will not have
room enough for it." Will you pass the test?

To designate your offering for a
specific fund, please note that in the "Purpose"
field.

Offering is anything above the
10% that you have already given. This may be thru
the gift that God has given you as stated in 1 Peter
4:10: As each of you has received a special gift,
employ it in serving one another as good stewards of
the manifold grace of God.
